DZC Scope of Works comprised of the following to supply all labour and plant to complete the total concrete, reinforcement fixing, formwork and fixing/ placing cast- ins i.e. (large dia. HD bolts, angles, rails & etc.) package. These works involved to do concrete pile cropping, detailed earthworks to the foundations, construct large concrete pile cap foundations c/w attached pedestals and HD bolts to the Storage Building and construct the Reclaim Rail strip foundations including placing of all cast-ins. DZC work also included the construction of associated building and miscellaneous minor works on site i.e. wash down area, bollards, etc.
